Inspired by the luxury of the development of Suvarna Sutra, this show unit brings a modern minimal concept to another level with touches of sweet pastel colors to create a cozy vibrant feel especially in the living spaces where family would gather to spend times together. Using combination of back painted mirror and wood textures, we enhance the limited spaces in some area and turn it into somewhat bigger space with expensive looks but still have the warmth a house should have. As this is an office for mostly young and creative people, we're using a modern looks that appeals to millenials by making this office fells more like a creative hub instead of office in general. Using activity work based concept, we split the office into several zones where people can work based on their needs and is completed with several lounges that can be used as meeting or collaborative space as well as hot desk for mobile workers. Adapting the current Scandinavian looks that is trending in recent days, we turn this luxury house to a more homey feels that has warm and relaxing atmosphere where family can gather and rest after daily activities. As to maximize the modern luxury feel the development of Suvarna Sutra offers, we use marble look materials and back painted mirror with some modern looking accessories that altogether enhance the modern luxury feels. Begin with the idea of Indonesia and its diverse culture, we transform this office with choices of collaborative spaces and touches of vibrant color here and there that makes this office more of playful space without loosing its integrity and professional feel an office should have. Evolving from the idea of revolving the general look of a Government Office that is hardly touched in terms of design, we applied Modern-Rustic theme into this office having mainly plays of wood and concrete with touches of expanded metal to maximize the concept application. In addition we also use geometric plays in the ceilings and backdrops to furtherly enhance the looks. As for coordination and transparency needs and ways of adapting to the limited space, we use glass walls with touches of graphic works as the space dividers instead of solid walls.
