BTN KC Jakarta Kebon Jeruk
Located strategically on Jl. Panjang Arteri Kelapa Dua Raya, West Jakarta, this branch stands on a 2,780 m² plot with a total building area of 6,635 m². The design of KC Jakarta Kebon Jeruk incorporates several key concepts:
Futuristic and Sustainable
The fluid glass façade provides a modern visual appeal and strengthens the company's image in the commercial area. The fin elements on the façade improve the building's energy efficiency and sustainability.
Connected to Nature
The interior spaces are designed to blend with vegetation elements, creating a natural ambiance both inside and outside the building.
Urban Garden
Honoring the history of the Kebon Jeruk area as a green space, the design features an urban garden concept, contributing to city greening and a positive impact on the local microclimate.
This design is also targeted for Platinum Green Building certification, setting an example of a building that prioritizes a sustainable future.
BTN KC Kelapa Gading Square
Situated in the strategic Kelapa Gading area, KC Kelapa Gading Square occupies a 2,183 m² plot with a total building area of 7,500 m². The design of KC Kelapa Gading Square focuses on several core concepts emphasizing sustainability and openness:
Iconic
The design creates an iconic structure that reflects the identity of Bank BTN, providing a strong and easily recognizable image.
Sustainable
The building is designed with sustainability principles, using eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient design solutions to maintain harmony between the built environment and nature.
Inclusivity
The inclusive concept is aimed at creating an open space that welcomes all members of the community and customers, offering a more casual and accessible banking experience for everyone.
The building features 5 floors and 2 basements, housing a banking hall, function hall, sky garden, and public collaboration areas.
KC Pondok Indah Project
BTN KC Pondok Indah, designed by another architectural firm, is located on Jl. Metro Pondok Indah 61, South Jakarta. The building stands on a 1,784 m² plot with a total area of 2,791 m², featuring a modern minimalist futuristic concept with a façade that adapts to natural light and weather changes. This branch is designed to serve BTN's priority customer segment.
